We ships orders from the United Kingdom to customers in the UK and internationally.

Tracked orders

Original artwork, art prints and children's books are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Tracking details will be provided where available.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the postal service being used. Any delivery date given is an estimate.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by their own country.

These charges are not included in the price paid to The Bear Home.

Customs processing may also cause delays which are outside my control.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error, email sarah@thebearhome.co.uk as quickly as possible.

Lost tracked parcels

If your tracking has stopped updating or suggests that your parcel is lost, please contact me at sarah@thebearhome.co.uk.

I will check the tracking and, where appropriate, raise the issue with the postal or delivery company.

If the parcel is confirmed lost, I will arrange a replacement where possible or a refund.

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and therefore cannot be replaced with the same artwork.
