Subscription Terms

I Am an Artist Club

The I Am an Artist Club is our monthly creative mail subscription.

The subscription renews monthly and payment is taken through Squarespace's checkout/payment system.

By subscribing, you authorise the recurring monthly payment until you cancel.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancelling stops future subscription renewals.

If a monthly payment has already been processed and that month's edition has already been prepared or posted, that edition will still be sent and the cancellation will then apply to future renewals.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have.

Delivery

The I Am an Artist Club is sent by standard untracked post.

Unlike artwork, prints and books purchased separately, the I Am an Artist Club envelopes do not come with tracking.

Please make sure the delivery address on your subscription is correct.

Missing Mail Club post

Because the I Am an Artist Club editions contain unique components, I cannot guarantee that a missing edition can be replaced.

If your edition has not arrived after allowing a reasonable amount of time for delivery, email sarah@thebearhome.co.uk.

Where a replacement is unavailable, I will deal with the missing edition appropriately, including providing a refund where required by your consumer rights.

Damaged Mail Club post

The I Am an Artist Club travels through the ordinary postal system, so envelopes may occasionally show signs of their journey.

If the contents arrive substantially damaged or unusable, please contact sarah@thebearhome.co.uk and include photographs if possible.

Because editions are limited, replacement contents may not always be available.

International subscriptions

International subscribers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges imposed in their country.

International delivery may take longer and may occasionally be delayed by customs or local postal services.

Personal use and copyright

The artwork, illustrations, colouring pages, written guides, activities, photographs and other original creative content supplied through the I Am an Artist Club remain the intellectual property of their respective creator.

Your subscription is for personal use only.

I Am an Artist Club contents may not be commercially reproduced, scanned for distribution, resold, uploaded for others to download or otherwise commercially exploited.
